I placed the order but did not receive order confirmation?
As long as the correct email is provided, order confirmation and subsequent despatch information will be sent to your email address. Please check your SPAM or JUNK mail folders for our correspondence and add our email address info@polystyreneboxes.shop safe list.
My order shows as “Delivered” on courier’s website, but I did not receive my order. What should I do?
When tracking information suggests that order was “Delivered”, there could be several options:
1. If status of delivery is unclear… there is a possibility that an attempt to deliver was made, but no one was in, however postman incidentally and incorrectly scanned the item. Kindly, wait for another day for Royal Mail to attempt another delivery.
2. Postman failed to deliver for whatever reason and incorrectly scanned the item and returned the package back to the depot. Kindly, wait for another day for Royal Mail to attempt another delivery.
3. Item was delivered and this could mean delivery to neighbours, safe places around your home (e.g. stairs, bins, sheds etc) or returned to local depot. Kindly check safe places around your home, ask neighbours or wait for another day for Royal Mail to attempt another delivery.
4. Always check options available on courier’s website using tracking number provided. NOTE: we do not recommend using option to re-schedule delivery as this will delay your order by at least 24 more hours. Consider waiting for another day or visiting local Delivery Office for further information. Details of local Delivery Office can be found on courier’s website.
What courier do you use?
Our primary courier for retail deliveries is Royal Mail using 2nd Class Tracked delivery (3-4 days) and Special Delivery 1pm (guaranteed delivery next working day). Wholesale orders are delivered by our own vehicles or subcontracted couriers. If you have special requirements with regards to delivery, please contact us.
Can I return my order?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email info@polystyreneboxes.shop with photo evidence and order details. We will endeavour to replace damaged items as quickly as possible. Unwanted items can be returned to:

Do you deliver to British Isles (Guernsey, Jersey etc)?
Yes. Our primary courier, Royal Mail, delivers to remote areas (e.g. Highlands) and Isles (e.g. Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man etc), however deliveries may take longer due to distance and/or customs procedures imposed (British Isles only) since Brexit.
NOTE: we will not take responsibility for items delayed by British Customs.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We only delivery retail orders within United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Wholesale orders can be delivered within EU. Contact us with your requirements
